Help & questions.
Short answers to the things people ask most. If you don’t find it here, write to us.
- How do I create a club?
- Go to Clubs and choose to create a new one. You’ll give it a name, a short description, and a type — general, genre, author, or reading challenge. Once it exists, you’re its first member and admin.
- How do I invite members?
- Open your club and use its invite option to send an invitation by email. The recipient gets a link; accepting it adds them to the club’s membership.
- How do I join a club?
- Browse Clubs, open one that fits your taste, and choose Join. Some clubs are open; others come by invitation from a member.
- How do I search for or add books?
- Use Discover to search titles and authors. From a book you can add it to your personal shelf or nominate it for one of your clubs to read next.
- How do I start a discussion?
- Inside a club, open the discussion for the book you’re reading and post a message. Conversations update in real time, so the room can talk as it reads.
- Something looks broken. What should I do?
- We’re in early beta, so the occasional rough edge is expected. Try refreshing first. If it persists, email us with what you were doing and what you saw — that’s the fastest way to get it fixed.
